Join Us for a Mission Trip

Looking for a mission trip that combines hands-on service with deep spiritual impact? Join For the Widow Ministries in the Dominican Republic for a week of serving widows, building relationships, evangelizing, and making disciples in Barahona’s most vulnerable communities.

Our mission trips aren’t just about construction projects or quick service — they’re about sitting with widows in their homes, praying together, sharing the gospel with people in the communities, and building friendships that honor God and transform lives. Pictures and videos are great, but when you GO and meet the people, experience their culture, and see how God works, you become a changed person.

If you are interested in serving on a trip in the Dominican Republic, we have two ways for you to join.

Option 1 - Join Our Team On a Scheduled Trip

Leaders within our organization take teams to serve the widows at different times throughout the year. We have a schedule of trips below. If you are interested in joining one of the teams, simply click on the link for the trip you want to join and fill out the form. If you are unsure of the dates, you can complete the form at the bottom of this page and let us know you and your team want to join an existing trip. We will contact you to discuss upcoming trips to help find the right one for you!

Option 2 - Set up your own trip

If you have a team of 7+ people who are excited to serve together, whether from your church or group of friends, and you want to pick your own date, we can help plan all of the details for your trip. Click on the button below to learn more about creating a custom mission trip for your group!
