Pray for the Widow

Believing in the power of prayer

For the Widow is a ministry based on Faith. While we believe in the importance of intentional planning, financial prudence, and wise choices, we also trust that the Lord is leading this ministry. That is why prayer partners are an essential part of supporting For the Widow.

Each quarter, we will have a list of specific ways you can pray for the widows, the community, and the ministry.

  • Please pray for our upcoming trips in June. We have a large group going June 20-27 and our new church partner, Harvest Hill, joining us June 29-July 5. Pray for hearts ready to serve and hearts ready to hear the Gospel!
  • Pray for the family of Consuelo and our entire DR team as we both mourn her passing and  celebrate an amazing life of 100 years
  • Pray for sponsors for our 4 widows and the 17 widows on our waiting list. 

  • For emotional strength and healingfor widows carrying family burdens.
