Thank you for signing up to join us for a mission trip to the Dominican Republic!  We will send you an invoice for $800 to pay no later than 30 days prior to the trip departure date. The next step is to book your flight and secure travel insurance.

Flights:
All flights must arrive in Santo Domingo (SDQ), Dominican Republic by 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Returning flights to the U.S. must depart no earlier than 2:00 pm. We typically book with American Airlines but you are free to book with any airline as long as you arrive in time! Feel free to send the flight you are considering to meredith@forthewidow.org prior to booking.

Travel Insurance:
We recommend that you secure travel insurance when you purchase you ticket. We have used Allianz in the past and have been pleased with their offering and customer service (https://www.allianz.com/en.html).

We will send an additional email in the next few weeks with all additional information you need to plan for the trip! As we get closer to our departure date we will hold a virtual meeting with all attends to discuss what to expect.

We are so excited to serve alongside you and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the widows in the Dominican Republic!
